12 Simple Ways to Drink More Water

Through these studies, It found that people who drank a lot of water were happy. That was around two-thirds of the respondents. Besides the physical and mental benefits of having a hydrated body, many people are still not drinking enough. 

Of course, the requirement of fluids would vary, and that would be based on the body weight, and the amount of activity one does.

Each day you are losing water. This is commonly from perspiration, breath, and even bowel movements. You need to ensure that you have a good supply of water for the proper body functions. And it can do that by consuming food and beverages with a high amount of water. 

Well, many studies highlight the requirement of fluids for an average healthy adult. Now the common ones show that men need to take around 15.5 cups (i.e., roughly around 3.7 liters) of water. For women, it is around 11.5 cups (which is around 2.7 liters) of water. 

Now, these recommendations even include the fluids you get from food and other major beverages. Do you know that you get somewhere around 20-30% of your daily fluid intake from food and the remaining water and other water-based drinks you consume?

2) MAKE SURE TO SET A GOAL REGARDING THE WATER YOUR DRINK
